Gold of Tokachi: The RIKKA Farm-to-Glass Barley & Craft Beer Journey

The 2-Hectare Legacy: Bottling the Seasons and Stories of Urahoro
Discover RIKKA’s inspiring "farm-to-glass" journey—a story of passion and perseverance that grew from absolute zero into a thriving 2-hectare organic barley field. Guests visiting in spring or autumn will have the exclusive opportunity to step into the fields to join our farmers in seasonal traditions like sowing, traditional barley treading (Mugifumi), or gathering the golden harvest.

Behind the Scenes: From Organic Malts to Fresh Sips
Step inside RIKKA’s artisanal brewery for an exclusive look at how their 100% organic beer comes to life. This hands-on journey offers a rare chance to touch, taste, and smell the raw barley and roasted malts, filling your senses with the rich, toasted aromas of the brewhouse.
A premium "Tank Tasting" where you can savor exceptionally fresh beer poured directly from the conditioning tanks※—a pure, unfiltered privilege usually reserved only for the brewer.
※ Note: If the beer is still in its active fermentation stage during your tour, premium bottled craft beer will be served for the tasting instead.
